Three star village started pre-booking for the 5th annual Harvest Restaurant 2017 for only the first 150 food lovers.
Producers, chefs, sales and merchandisers. Professionals of today’s restaurant scene gathered together to host a life time food experience. Participants will be grouped into teams, to help the harvest and learn how to cook them. Making a one day limited outdoor restaurant.
This year, a total of 12 restaurants including 11 chefs and sommeliers from Tokyo and Iwate restaurants are participating.
The event contains several experiential activities, such as making 100% beef sausage, milking of cow at Kuzumaki Kogen farm, and harvesting the summer strawberry “Suzu Akane”.
The main event is on the evening of Saturday, May 5th.
Corn soup made from freshly harvested corns which rarely distributes and pasta with also fresh vegetables, harvested by yourself will be served.
